E-mail messages that warn of various bad things that may occur to your account are false. These messages are generated by this virus in an attempt to reproduce itself. Recommended actions:

Beginning March 2, 2004, the Beagle.J virus hit the University of Oregon. The message appears to come from one of the following addresses:

It has the subject line:

One version of the message reads:

Hello user of Uoregon.edu e-mail server,

Your e-mail account will be disabled because of improper using in next
three days, if you are still wishing to use it, please, resign your
account information.

For more information see the attached file.

Attached file protected with the password for security reasons.
Password is 68236.
