| 1. Click on the "Start" button. The "Start" button
is typically located on the far left at the bottom of your screen. |
| 2. Select "Settings" and then click on "Control Panel". |

| 3. Double click on "Add/Remove Programs" |

| 4. A "Add/Remove Programs Properties" window will pop up,
displaying programs that are currently installed on your computer. Select
"Grokster" by clicking on it and then click the "Add/Remove"
button at the bottom right of the window. |

| 5. A "Grokster" dialog window will pop up. The default value
"Automatic" for the "Uninstall Method" should be left as is.
To uninstall Grokster click the "Next >" button. |

| 6. To complete the uninstall process click "Finish". |
